1. Product Intended Use Disclaimer

All versions of our equipment (PRO+, FIX+, FIT+, MOB+ series) are engineered strictly for professional studio backlighting, high-key capture, and infant or portrait photography indoor environments. Our systems are designed under ingress protection rating IP20. They are completely unsealed and strictly prohibited from operation near saunas, running water, humid facilities, or outdoor weather elements.

2. Installation and Structural Mechanics

Our portable models require a level ground layout with ample spacing during assembly. Structural screws and hardware elements must be securely locked using the provided anatomical wrench kits to counteract standard architectural vibration. LED Window Ltda. cannot be held legally liable for injuries or equipment failures resulting from incomplete screw tightening or unaligned floor placement. For wall-mounted FIX+ configurations, a mandatory 20 cm expansion clearance (plenum space) must be meticulously maintained between the LED matrix surface and the front diffuse layers for optical synchronization and airflow.

3. Power Supply and Vent Safety Compliance

Our integrated power supply cabinets utilize high-speed cooling microventilators to maintain constant thermodynamic safety. These internal coolers emit a standard baseline operational white noise measuring approximately 34dB to 38dB. In compliance with global electronic fire protection protocols:

• Cabinet fendas and airflow openings must never be covered, draped by cênico curtains, or obstructed by packaging items.
• The hardware power chassis must never be empanelled inside tight, unventilated bookshelves, closets, or closed structural niches.
• Leigos or uncertified technicians are strictly prohibited from unscrewing or opening the protective power chassis due to fatal electric shock risk. Any unauthorized opening instantly voids the 2-year warranty.

4. International Electrical & Grounding Requirements

LEDWindow operates on manual dual-voltage switching matrices (Bivolt Chaveado 110V/220V). Prior to connecting the power cord to your studio grid, the buyer must verify that the selector switch perfectly reflects the native local wall voltage.

• The hardware requires absolute structural grounding. Modification or removal of the third grounding pin on the 3-pin plug will violate safety guidelines and may cause damage.
• To preserve voltage stability, the device should not be connected to overloaded power extensions or multiple multi-plug adapters.
• For lightning and storm safety, buyers must disconnect the power source during local severe weather events.
