International Terms of Service

Welcome to the LEDWindow International Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of professional lighting structures and components from LED Window Ltda. through our global platform (shopledwindow.co). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Global Sales and Agreement

LEDWindow designs and manufactures its professional continuous light windows in Jundiaí, SP, Brazil, and distributes them globally. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the purchaser ("Client", "You") and LED Window Ltda. Commercial usage of our structures implies absolute acceptance of these terms.

2. Technical Specifications & Professional Use

Our products (including the PRO+, FIT+, and MOB+ series) are designed exclusively for specialized photography and video studios. They provide continuous light with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI 98). By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

The physical dimensions, power usage (varying from 181W up to 393W), and power supply capabilities meet your studio's grid safety requirements.
Voltage, electronic dimmers, and structural load metrics must be operated according to our official User's Manual.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

LEDWindow is an internationally recognized and proudly Brazilian product. All structural designs, diffuse lighting mechanics, software integration, branding, and instruction manuals are the exclusive intellectual property of LED Window Ltda.

The trademark LEDWindow is officially registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI - Process: 938694871).
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering of our light matrices or structural frames for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We provide international shipping options under standard cross-border transport regulations. All global shipments originate from Brazil.

Import Taxes: The Client is fully responsible for paying any local customs duties, Import VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance tariffs required by the destination country's border authority.
Delivery Delays: LEDWindow is not liable for structural transit delays caused by external courier logistics, extreme weather events, or local customs inspection queues.

5. Voice Control and App Third-Party Disclaimers

For models equipped with smart command functionalities (such as Smart Switch integrations for Amazon Alexa or Google Home via the JWCOM/Smart Life ecosystem):

Operational availability depends entirely on active 2.4GHz Wi-Fi bands and external third-party server uptime.
LEDWindow cannot guarantee uninterrupted voice service performance if modifications are made to third-party APIs or local home-automation settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LED Window Ltda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the improper assembly, lack of structural screw tightening, or uncertified modification of internal electrical power supplies by the Client.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These international terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any legal disputes or technical arbitration arising from transactions on this storefront will be settled exclusively within the courts of Jundiaí, SP, Brazil.
